My name is Wendy & I joined through an invite from a very dear friend.

I want to explore & comprehend what it is that I feel/receive.. I have been told I am an empath but I want to find a way to control what happens to me without feeling overwhelmed or shutting down. I want to understand and be of use.

I share a home with my much loved 20 year old son and 15 year old cat (see profile pic). I am inherently curious... yet excruciatingly shy. Passionately joyous.. yet overly sensitive. Please pardon my ignorance... I guess I'm really here to learn with the help of like minded folk.

Princess Jade sounds like a sweetheart :) We have a new kitten here (now 11 weeks old) named Pippin - nicknamed Pippin the Adventure Cat!! He is such a curious little soul and loves our dear big cat Simba (although I swear the look on his face when Pippin wants to play is like... "sigh... young kittens these days" and that doleful look).  He is very good with him though :)

Yes it is my favorite tree.  It is the warrior tree of the property the first one to sprout leaves in the spring and the last one to loose leaves in the fall.
