A while ago, I was shopping and felt the need for a cauliflower. This is a vegetable I do not normally buy but I know it is high in chromium and I was recovering from flu. I then felt a pull to go to a store I not usually visit. Yesterday I was re potting a plant and as I lifted it to take indoors, an insect fell off the pot on to myhand. It looked at first like an upside down bee and felt very soft. I put it on the windowsill in the sun. Ian thought it was a beetle but they are not soft. I said it looked like a moth without wings. It turned out to be a moth. During the times I walked in the woods, I became aware of the nature spirits who came alive for me during a visualisation I was trying out.
